FAQ

Is there a minimum project amount?

Yes. All projects are subject to a $75 minimum project total.

How does payment work?

A deposit equal to 50% of the quoted total is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due after production is complete and prior to delivery or pickup.

Production does not begin until the deposit is received.

Can I change my mind after approving a design?

Once final approval is given and the deposit is paid, production begins.
At that point, the deposit is non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Changes after approval require a new quote and may affect timelines.

What happens if I cancel my project?

If a project is cancelled before production begins, charges are handled based on work completed. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

Do you offer unlimited options?

Design services allow for creative exploration within the agreed scope and revision limits.

Curated specialty items do not offer unlimited options. Curated selections are intentionally limited to established vendors and predefined collections to keep projects efficient and manageable.

Do you accept returns?

Returns for defective products are accepted within 30 days of receiving the items.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Preference-based decisions

All details such as sizing, quantities, and selections are confirmed before production begins.

Can you match another vendor’s pricing?

No. Pricing is based on scope, materials, time, and in-house production processes, not competitor pricing.

Do you take rush orders?

Rush requests depend on current workload, project type, and materials.
Availability and pricing are determined at the time of inquiry.

What happens if a third-party item has a defect?

Feral Filly is not responsible for third-party manufacturing defects.
Any applicable warranties or resolutions are handled through the original supplier.

Do you store files or designs for future use?

Files may be retained for reorders or reference, but long-term storage is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon.

What types of projects do you decline?

Projects may be declined if they:

  • Fall outside available services, timelines, or capacity
  • Contain hateful, vulgar, or offensive content
  • Use copyrighted graphics or artwork without proper rights or licensing
  • Have unclear, unrealistic, or shifting requirements
