Our Process

Feral Filly helps you take an idea, story, or feeling and turn it into something real.

We help businesses, nonprofits, and organizations shape the direction of a project, design the pieces, and turn them into finished materials you can use.

This can include graphics, printed materials, merchandise, or recognition pieces — all designed to work together so your project feels clear and complete.

Our process looks like this:

1. Initial Consultation

A quick 15-minute call to understand your idea and see if the project is a good fit.

This helps us get a clear picture of what you’re working on and what you need before moving forward.

What this includes:

  • reviewing your idea or project
  • understanding your goals
  • discussing timeline and general budget
  • determining the next step

2. Creative Strategy Session

A guided one-hour session where we shape the idea, story, and direction of your project.

This is where we take what you’re thinking and turn it into a clear plan.

What this includes:

  • defining the purpose of the project
  • shaping the story or message
  • identifying the feeling and direction
  • discussing style, colors, and overall look
  • deciding what pieces will be created

3. Asset Development & Approval

This is where your idea starts to take shape.

We create the visuals and materials, then review everything with you before moving forward.

What this includes:

  • designing graphics and visual pieces
  • creating mockups for review
  • developing materials like merch or printed items
  • making revisions
  • final approval before production

4. Production Coordination

Once everything is approved, we move into creating the final materials.

We handle the process so everything comes together the way it should.

What this includes:

  • preparing files for production
  • coordinating production
  • making sure everything matches the approved designs

5. Quality Check

Before anything is delivered, everything is checked for accuracy.

This ensures your project is complete and correct.

What this includes:

  • checking names, spelling, and details
  • confirming colors and design consistency
  • making sure everything matches the original plan
